Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant II to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant II, you will be an integral part of the administrative support structure, assisting senior management and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant II
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $45-55 hr
Shift:M-F Hybrid 3 day/2days
What's the Job?
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive and director-level management.
- Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for executives.
- Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Supervise clerical staff, oversee office organization, and supervise special projects.
- Screen phone calls, emails, mail, and visitors, routing and resolving information requests efficiently.
