Job Description
- Provide executive admin support to the Site Head, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a strategic liaison between India and US leadership teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Handle business travel arrangements, flight bookings, and expense management
- Oversee visitor management and site operations, ensuring smooth experience for interna and external stakeholders.
- Lead employee engagement and onsite activities to enhance workplace culture and collaboration.
- Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and operational expenses to support procurement and finance workflows.

Location
This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
