Group in Naples.
Role **
Estate Planning Administrative Assistant
Naples
Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
Provide administrative assistance to attorneys, ensuring high standards of efficiency and professionalism
Cultivate client relationships by becoming familiar with cases and matters
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
Create and edit correspondence, memoranda, and other documents
Handle copying, faxing, scanning, and preparing documents for mailing/delivery
Familiarity with electronic filing procedures and documentation for various courts and entities
Open new client files, maintain current files, and organize files for off-site storage
Enter daily timekeeping, edit monthly billing memoranda, and prepare expense reports
Maintain client contact information and prepare mailing lists/labels for firm-sponsored events
Assist other legal administrative assistants as needed

High school education or equivalent office work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Familiar with Trust & Estates documents
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
