Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Escrow Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients while supporting the escrow team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendar
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist escrow officers with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Prepare and organize documents as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate, escrow, or title services
  • Familiarity with escrow processes and terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
