We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Office Assistant to support daily office operations in our Scottsdale location. This is a full-time office position ideal for someone looking to build experience in a structured, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Possibly greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and basic inventory
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage
  • Assist with order entry and basic documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide general support when needed
  • Comfort handling responsibility and making quick decisions without constant supervision

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and time management abilities

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
