Responsibilities:
Maintain an effective flow of information and communication within the company. Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, take messages for faculty and handle student requests.
Create spreadsheets and databases to efficiently store and present course data.
Operating the fax machine, copier, printer and scanner.
Qualifications/Skills:
High school diploma or GED minimum, basic knowledge of office management required and previous administrative or clerical work preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fine oral and written communication skills, spelling, punctuation and grammar .
Should have good customer service skills to communicate with students and faculty. Must show good judgment, adaptability and discretion with staff, students and co-workers.
EMT Certification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $49,200.64 – $54,646.90 per year
