Mayoral, a leading brand in children’s fashion and one of the most important kidswear companies in Europe, is currently looking for a Back Office Employee based in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and support of the retail store network
- Customer service via phone and resolution of retail client issues
- Monitoring and reporting of sales performance
- Communication with headquarters in Malaga, Spain
- Translation of documents and related tasks
Candidate Profile:
- Degree from a University, Technological Institute, or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Spanish language skills will be considered an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Dynamic personality with strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and efficiency
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required
