Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Driver role based in Abuja. The Driver will safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, and production materials to various locations within and around Abuja. Responsibilities include planning routes, following traffic and safety regulations, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries for shoots, meetings, and events. The Driver will conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance needs, and keep vehicles clean, fueled, and properly documented. The role also involves interacting courteously with staff, guests, and partners, supporting logistics for production schedules, and adhering to all company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Driving, with hands-on experience operating an SUV safely and efficiently.
- Valid driving license, with a clean driving record.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting professionally with staff, clients, and partners.
- Proven knowledge of Abuja road networks, traffic patterns, and relevant transport regulations.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and coordinate routine maintenance.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as production schedules require.
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate; prior experience as a professional driver in media, logistics, or corporate environments is an advantage.
