Dog Resort Receptionist Jobs in Ponte Vedra Beach at DogBeach
DogBeach is looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our front desk team! If you love dogs, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a busy, fun environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and their pups with a smile
- Answer phones, schedule reservations, and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with our play park and kennel teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service to both our human and canine guests
Shift Times:
6:15am-1pm
12pm- 7:15pm
Sundays- 8:45am-5:30pm
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and reliable personality
- Flexibility in working different shifts throughout the week
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or reception is a plus
- Must love dogs!
- Weekend availability is required
