Join our vibrant dog grooming salon as a Receptionist and be the friendly face that welcomes our clients and their beloved pets! In this energetic role, you will manage the front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service. Must be available to work Wednesdays – Saturdays 8:45 – 5 and Tuesdays June- Labor Day
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures for grooming appointments
- Manage phone system to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently
- Maintain accurate appointment calendars ensuring optimal scheduling flow
- Handle data entry tasks such as client information updates, booking records, and billing details with precision
- Support office management duties including and not limited to laundry, sweeping floors, and organizing pet grooming records
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions promptly and professionally and with a smile!
- Utilize computer skills to streamline daily operations
- WILL TRAIN
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
