Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
ART OF PET GROOMING – [PHOENIX 85037]
We’re looking for a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced dog grooming salon. This is NOT a slow office job — we need someone who can multitask, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly during busy days.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and check pets in/out
- Answer phones, texts, and online booking requests
- Schedule appointments using our system
- Handle payments (cash & card)
- Communicate clearly with groomers and bathers
- Keep the front area clean and organized
- Manage multiple customers at once during peak times
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
- Strong multitasking skills (this is a fast-paced environment)
- Friendly, professional, and confident with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable around dogs of all sizes
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
