We are currently supporting a professional services client with their search for a documentation specialist. The documentation specialist will be instrumental in loading and managing sensitive documentation into the companys records management software. The daily responsibilities **

Creation of new files and management of existing files ensuring data accuracy

Daily data entry and document scanning

Labeling and restoring documentation – uploading incoming documentation

Track daily activity utilizing daily activity logs

Follow document retention policies to ensure confidentiality and sensitivity is maintained

Ad hoc document projects

Requirements **

Knowledge of documentation tracking software

Proficiency with data entry and scanning

Ability to utilize software and quickly learn new systems

2 years of documentation or records keeping experience
