Job Summary:
A top‑tier law firm is recruiting for a Document Support Specialist to join its Document Support Services team. This is a fully remote role supporting attorneys and legal staff across the firm.

What You’ll Do:
- Create, revise, format, and convert legal documents including pleadings, agreements, contracts, and correspondence
- Perform document cleanup, styling, and quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and support court filings, including e‑filings
- Track document requests and communicate status updates to internal clients
- Transcribe audio and video recordings
- Perform scanning, data entry, mail merges, and mass mailings
- Provide remote technical support related to document formatting
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and firm departments to meet deadlines
- Assist with training new document support personnel
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of word processing experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word expertise required; PowerPoint, Excel a plus)
- Fast and accurate typing with strong proofreading ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfort working evenings and flexible availability for overtime as needed
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Must meet U.S. export control eligibility requirements
