District Operations Associate (AR/AP) Jobs in Fort Worth, TX at CED Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc.
Summary: Role is a multi-faceted position combining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operations supporting multiple locations. Must be able to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled. Processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner to obtain financial operational excellence. Assist with physical inventories and operational functions at a district level, including but not limited to reporting, rebates, updating price files, reconciliation, and audits.
Reports to: District Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree
– Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Knowledge of general accounting principles
– A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience
Working Conditions:
The position operations in an office environment that requires sitting and working at a computer workstation for extended periods. Travel within the North Texas area is required for physical inventories.
