POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dispatch/Operations Assistant is responsible for managing google docs and managing transactions efficiently and timely.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage google docs sheet to keep updated with all pending transactions.
- Enter all transactions as directed from email into third part software.
- Manage all details relative to dimensions and weight.
- Validate Customer PO’s and reference numbers.
- Additional duties may be required from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Professional and resourceful style; high integrity and sound judgement
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to working independently
- Must be reliable
- Experience using Google docs/Microsoft Suite
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate in person and over the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
