POSITION SUMMARY:

The Dispatch/Operations Assistant is responsible for managing google docs and managing transactions efficiently and timely.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage google docs sheet to keep updated with all pending transactions.
  • Enter all transactions as directed from email into third part software.
  • Manage all details relative to dimensions and weight.
  • Validate Customer PO’s and reference numbers.
  • Additional duties may be required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and resourceful style; high integrity and sound judgement
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to working independently
  • Must be reliable
  • Experience using Google docs/Microsoft Suite

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate in person and over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
