Position Title: DPS Program Coordinator
Program/Department: Disability Program Services
The DPS Program Coordinator plays a key operational and administrative role in supporting the daily function of the Disability Program Services department. This position is responsible for managing Brightwheel systems, supporting center-based programming logistics, ensuring compliance with DPS standards, and providing direct administrative support to departmental leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, person-centered environment. Part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Brightwheel platform
- Maintain accurate participant profiles, schedules, attendance, and billing data
- Support the planning and coordination of on-site activities and classes
- Maintain and update weekly/monthly program schedules
- Provide direct administrative support to the Assistant Director and Senior Director
- Assist with staff scheduling coordination and updates
- Support onboarding processes (documentation, tracking, system setup)
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfort learning and managing database systems (Brightwheel experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
