Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Monsey, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining daily administrative operations, managing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Additional responsibilities include phone handling, supporting executive administrative functions, and assisting with organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks management
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with standard office software and tools is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
