Digital Marketing Manager / Retention Agent :
Visual Link Solutions is seeking a highly organized Digital Marketing Manager / Retention Agent to join our growing team. This position combines client retention, account management, sales, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
As a Retention Agent, you will contact existing and former clients to rebuild relationships, retain accounts, reintroduce our products and services, and help bring clients back onto our schedule. Strong communication, sales ability, and follow-up skills are essential.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage client accounts, maintain accurate documentation, update spreadsheets and CRM records, track account activity, and ensure all client communications are properly documented. Attention to detail and strong clerical skills are critical.
Responsibilities:
Contact delinquent and inactive clients to rebuild relationships and retain business.
Sell products and services to existing and previous clients.
Maintain detailed documentation and accurate CRM records.
Update and manage spreadsheets and client databases.
Participate in monthly team meetings and performance reviews.
Work closely with management to improve client retention and account performance.
Follow established processes while providing outstanding customer service.
Maintain excellent organization and time management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Retention Agent, Digital Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Customer Retention Specialist, or in a call center environment preferred.
Strong sales skills and confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
Excellent clerical skills with experience using spreadsheets, Google Suite, Zoho, and CRM software.
Strong documentation, organization, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
