Responsibilities

- Coordinate appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up communication.
- Verify insurance information, process payments, and handle administrative tasks related to patient billing and insurance claims.
- Collaborate with dental providers and staff to ensure patient needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed patient records with accuracy, adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Support the office by managing medical administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with dental procedures enhances effectiveness in this role.
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
