Join our growing dental team as a Dental Receptionist & Billing Specialist! We’re looking for someone fluent in Chinese to welcome patients, assist with bilingual communication, and help keep our front office running smoothly.
Great for someone with customer service experience who wants to learn and grow in a healthcare setting! No prior dental experience is required, and we will train you in insurance.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist Chinese-speaking patients with communication and translation
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
- Review and explain treatment plans and financial options
- Verify dental insurance and submit claims/pre-authorizations
- Help with billing, collections, and accurate record-keeping
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Chinese to assist patients who speak primarily Chinese
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and learning office systems
- 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Willing to learn dental billing and insurance procedures
