Schlueter Periodontics & Implants is looking for an energetic, organized Dental Receptionist to join our team! We are a very busy specialty practice located in a beautiful, state-of-the-art office, and we’re searching for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who can multitask with a smile, stay organized in a busy setting, and enjoys being an important part of a strong, supportive team. Our front office plays a huge role in creating the welcoming experience our patients know and love.
What you’ll be doing:
- Checking out patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments in a busy practice
- Assisting patients with questions and coordinating their care
- Collecting payments and managing daily front office tasks
- Helping keep the schedule flowing smoothly for our clinical team
What we’re looking for:
- A dependable team player who enjoys working with people
- Someone who can stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dental experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate
