We are looking for an experienced Front Office team member in a fun, high-paced, well-established family owned dental practice.
We are a family practice started in 1975 with a loyal patient base. We transformed our practice during Covid to utilize all of the latest sterilization technology. We would love to have your energy on our team. We are a fun place to work with a commitment to excellence and healing with heart.
Our front desk position is a key role in the patient experience that works with all team members to create a positive environment, provide quality care, and foster patient relationships. Responsibilities include reception, schedule management, patient flow, and insurance assistance. It’s a three-person team at the front that works closely together. Candidate must provide the utmost in patient care making each patient feel welcomed and comfortable with their exceptional communication and professionalism. We foster a collaborative work environment that is supportive of your professional goals.
We provide comprehensive family dentistry, including: orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, implant restorations, pediatrics, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep medicine treatment.
Other Details:
PPO-based practice.
Full time position. 4 days/week Monday – Thursday. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment for scheduling
-Knowledge of dental insurance claims processing
-Strong desire to provide exceptional patient care
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shared responsibilities
-Experience with Dexis and Dentrix software a plus
-Energetic Team Player with great communications skills!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
