Private dental office hiring a Front Desk / Patient Communication Coordinator.

This role is for someone who is excellent with people, strong in written and verbal communication, calm under pressure, and quick to learn software. Most patient communication is by text, then phone, and least by email.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly
  • Text and call patients about scheduling and follow-up
  • Manage appointments and schedule changes
  • Collect copays and balances professionally
  • Keep records accurate and organized
  • Help the office run smoothly each day

Preferred experience

  • Dental, medical, hospitality, concierge, retail, or front desk experience
  • Dentrix experience is a plus
  • Basic dental insurance knowledge is a plus
