Job Description / Responsibility
- Sort, organize, and scan post-flight operational documents.
- Update Journey Log, CFP, and other operational records in Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and regularly update OCC automation files.
- Identify and resolve Journey Log discrepancies through coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare and share operational data and reports with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely record maintenance.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and distribute operational information.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Data Management, Data analysis, Data Entry
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Entry.
- Basic report preparation and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for data verification and reconciliation.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of aviation operations will be considered an added advantage.
