This opportunity is with a client of Andiamo, supporting a large-scale organization within the media and entertainment space. You will contribute to the accurate tracking and management of copyrighted works that power film, television, and digital content distribution.
Role Overview
As a Music Rights Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and validating critical copyright and usage data within internal systems. Your work ensures that creative content is properly documented, tracked, and reported—supporting royalty processes, legal compliance, and business operations.
This role blends data entry, analysis, and process improvement in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where precision is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Validation
Accurately input and maintain copyright and work-related data within internal databases, ensuring completeness and consistency.
Content Standardization
Review and normalize incoming data to align with established formats and standards, improving system usability and reporting accuracy.
Cue Sheet Processing
Manage and organize cue sheet information for film and television productions, ensuring proper documentation of music usage.
Quality Assurance
Audit data for discrepancies, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues when additional support or clarification is required.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in generating reports and summaries that provide visibility into data accuracy, processing status, and operational trends.
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related questions and improve workflows across content and rights management processes.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within data handling and reporting procedures.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Analytical Ability
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and validate structured data.
Organization
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication

The anticipated total compensation range for positions that may be filled through this posting is $42,000 to $68,000 annually, which may include base salary, incentive compensation, equity, commissions, bonuses, and other forms of compensation where applicable. Actual compensation for any specific position will be determined based on the requirements of that position and the qualifications of the selected candidate.
