Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Review information for errors, completeness, and consistency to ensure high-quality records.
  • Process customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
  • Assist customers with order status, account information, service updates, and general support.
  • Communicate clearly with internal departments to help resolve customer needs and data-related issues.
  • Organize, file, and manage documents, records, and administrative information.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support office operations by assisting with scheduling, follow-up tasks, and daily administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and business information.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors while maintaining strong quality control standards.
  • Work with team members to improve workflow, customer experience, and office efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email systems, and data entry software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an in-person office, customer service, or administrative setting.

  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting tools, or document processing systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on the needs of the company.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education preferred.

Pay: $25.89 – $34.18 per hour
