- Transcribe handwritten or audio data into digital formats, verifying accuracy during the process
- Organize files systematically through electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform order entry tasks, processing transactions swiftly while adhering to company standards
- Utilize pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends and generate reports for management
- Support administrative functions such as filing, data collection, and basic math calculations as needed
Skills
- Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed for efficient data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with data collection, filing, and clerical duties in an office environment
- Knowledge of basic math principles for data validation and calculations
- Familiarity with transcription processes and order entry procedures
- Demonstrated office experience with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
