Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data into company databases with precision and attention to detail
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents efficiently
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or data entry roles with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent typing skills with high speed and accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, and phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and document proofreading
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
