A manufacturing company in El Cajon is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their team with back-end administrative tasks. This is a temporary assignment focused primarily on entering purchase order information into the company’s ERP system and assisting the sales team with administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Receive purchase orders via email in PDF format
- Accurately enter purchase order information into the company’s ERP system (EPDS)
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Provide administrative support to the sales representative
- Assist with backend order processing and documentation
- Potentially assist with generating quotes as needed
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and dependable with good time management
- Comfortable working with PDFs and ERP systems
- Prior experience with ERP systems preferred (EPDS a plus)
