• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Manage email communications through Outlook to support data entry operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for data handling.
• Identify and address errors in data entry processes promptly.
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and active participation in team efforts.
• Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks as required.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proven experience in data entry roles, focusing on speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with vendor management data entry processes.
