Exclusive Furniture is looking for a data entry clerk for our warehouse team.
Data Entry Clerks are usually responsible for entering data into different computer databases, manage and maintain effective record keeping. In addition, they may be responsible for organizing files, collecting and managing data to be entered into the computer. Knowledge about warehouse and inventory practices is necessary
Responsibilities:
- Input new inventory information into database systems
- Cross function with inventory control
- Create and manage spreadsheets
- Control the data probity by performing comparative analysis of different sources
- Regularly update existing database system records
- Produce reports
- Retrieve data as requested
- Perform regular backup and security database activities
- Document, organize and store relevant documents
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills, with ability to balance competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a required
- Warehouse experience a plus
Job Details:- 35-40 hours a week – Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15-16/hr
