Job Title: Data Entry SpecialistJob Description

Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in converting paper documents into digital formats. You will ensure that information is accurately captured and stored for seamless access by downstream teams, supporting the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Sort paper documents by priority to prepare for processing.
  • Use scanners to convert paper orders into digital files.
  • Save and label files using established naming conventions for easy access by downstream teams.

Essential Skills

  • Data entry proficiency.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with order entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with scanning and office technology.
  • Time management and throughput awareness.

Work Environment

Work from Monday to Friday, on-site, with no overtime. Hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.00/hr.
