About The Role

Location – REMOTE US Only

As a Medicaid Claims Data Entry Associate at Conduent, you will be an integral part of our claims processing team, supporting Medicaid providers in Montana. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into Medicaid provider support, medical eligibility, and claims processing. The position involves accurately entering claim information into our systems, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and effective communication with team members and supervisors. The position is remote, offering flexible work hours and a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.

The compensation for this role ranges from $16 to $17 per hour based on experience, along with benefits that may vary depending on your location. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with shifts starting between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. MST, with potential flexibility. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute; preference for 40 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input claim data into claims processing systems
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry
  • Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up
  • Maintain high productivity levels while ensuring quality standards are met
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Adhere to data security and privacy policies
  • Perform additional clerical or administrative tasks as required to support the team
