Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. The ideal Data Entry Clerk will have excellent data entry accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Reliability is essential—we are looking for someone with a strong attendance record who is committed to showing up on time and avoiding last-minute call-outs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous data entry or administrative office experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Ability to follow established procedures and ask questions when clarification is needed

Responsibilities include:

• Process and complete route sheets by the end of the next business day
• Enter and verify roll-off route sheet information, including landfill, billing, and disposal costs
• Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently
• Process front-load and residential service route sheets
• Verify completed services and ensure accurate data entry
• Run scale and disposal reports to confirm disposal balances
• Generate productivity reports and correct any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
• Perform additional administrative and data entry duties as assigned by the supervisor
