Jobtracks Caribbean actualmente se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Data Entry para cubrir una vacante ubicada en el Área Metro de Puerto Rico. El candidato ideal será responsable de verificar la exactitud de los datos comparándolos con documentos fuente, actualizar registros existentes, recuperar información cuando se solicite y realizar copias de seguridad periódicas. Además, se encargará de organizar y archivar correctamente el papeleo físico tras la digitalización.
Requisitos del Data Entry
- Un Data Entry debe tener experiencia en el cargo.
- Experiencia en manejo de llamadas, ingreso de datos, atención al cliente, Microsoft Office, manejo de correo electrónico, documentación.
- Un Data Entry debe tener al menos 18 años de edad.
- Debe poseer una licencia válida emitida por el estado.
- Debe tener flexibilidad para trabajar cualquier turno, cuando sea necesario.
- Destrezas para manejar información confidencial.
- Un Data Entry debe ser bilingüe (Español, inglés). Nivel intermedio.
- Destrezas con el teclado.

Responsabilidades del Data Entry
- Un Data Entry debe transferir datos desde formatos de papel a archivos informáticos o sistemas de bases de datos.
- Escribir los datos proporcionados directamente por los clientes.
- Crear hojas de cálculo con un gran número de cifras sin errores.
- Un Data Entry debe verificar los datos comparándolos con los documentos fuente.
- Actualizar los datos existentes.
- Un Data Entry debe recuperar datos de la base de datos o archivos electrónicos según se solicite.
- Realizar copias de seguridad regulares para garantizar la preservación de los datos
- Un Data Entry debe ordenar y organizar el papeleo después de introducir los datos para asegurarse de que no se pierde.

Electrician Requirements
Worker:
- An electrician must have basic knowledge of electrical work.
- Experience assisting with electrical construction projects or assisting an appraiser.
Apprentice electrician:
- An Apprentice Electrician must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid electrician apprentice license.
Electrician’s Assistant:
- An Electrician’s Helper must have experience in electrical construction projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Electrician’s Assistant License.
Electrical Expert:
- An Electrical Expert must have experience in electrical construction projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Electrical Expert License.
Benefits of the Electrician
- Wages $10.50 – $15.00 p/h.

Responsibilities of the Electrician
- An electrician must place, connect, and secure wiring, conduits, and other components of the electrical system in the building according to the project plans and specifications.
- Install electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial areas, such as lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical panels.
- Interpret and follow electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical diagrams provided by engineers and designers.
- An electrician must determine the optimal routes for electrical wiring and conduits, avoiding interference with other building systems (plumbing, heating, etc.).
- Install and connect electrical equipment, such as control panels, transformers, generators, among others.
- An electrician must ensure that equipment is properly connected to power sources and operates according to safety standards.
- Test and check the continuity of electrical circuits, using tools to ensure the electrical system is functioning properly and complies with safety regulations.
- An electrician must identify and resolve problems, such as short circuits or faulty connections, before electrical systems are put into operation.
- Ensure that all electrical installations comply with local and national building codes, as well as electrical safety regulations.
- An electrician must implement and follow safe practices in the installation and maintenance of the electrical system, protecting both workers and the building.
- Install and position lighting systems, both indoors and outdoors, including lamps, emergency lights, and automatic or intelligent lighting systems.
- An electrician must install power distribution systems to power building areas such as offices, equipment rooms, and common areas.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and evenings if necessary.
