Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Clerk to support our corporate office by maintaining accurate records, reviewing data for accuracy, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role primarily supports the accounting department through data entry, document organization, and reporting tasks while helping ensure office operations run efficiently for our 50+ retail locations.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to manage repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management

Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems accurately

Review entered data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies

Maintain and update company records and files

Scan, upload, and organize documents electronically

Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed


Accounting Support

Assist with invoice data entry

Verify financial records for accuracy

Review spreadsheets and reports for errors

Organize accounting documents and records

Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed


Administrative Support

File documents electronically and physically

Assist corporate office staff with general administrative tasks

Help manage paperwork submitted from store locations

Maintain organized records for compliance and reporting purposes


Qualifications

High school diploma required


Associate degree preferred

Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
