🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems accurately.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure high data quality.
- Assist in data collection, processing, and reporting tasks.
- Support analysis by preparing datasets for team use.
- Generate routine reports, summaries, and dashboards as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Identify process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.
- Assist in ad hoc administrative and data-related projects.
✅ Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles (internship experience is welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; experience with databases is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
