2. ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who acts as both a service ambassador and a business enabler. In this role, you will go beyond traditional support to proactively build our Dealership network and ensure our partners are fully equipped to succeed. You will be the vital link between Estellar’s advanced European technology and the end-users by empowering our Dealers to sell effectively and professionally.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnership Development: Proactively approach and contact potential leads to build and expand the Estellar Dealership Network.
  • Dealer Enablement: Support Dealers in their daily sales activities, ensuring they fully understand Estellar’s technology and high-end European solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist Dealers in reselling to end-users by providing technical clarity, sales materials, and guidance on "The Estellar Way" of consulting.
  • Elite Customer Support: Manage incoming inquiries through professional calls and digital channels, ensuring a premium service experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new updates to provide actionable insights to line managers.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare professional reports, sales documents, and maintain accurate records of partner interactions and market feedback.

4. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. Priority is given to candidates from Security Tech, Smart Home/Building, CCTV, or ICT fields.
  • Skills: * Expertise in Customer Support & Relationship Management.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technology in a simple, persuasive manner.
  • Effective Communication, presentation ,Market Research and analytical skills.
  • Languages: Vietnamese, English is a plus.
  • Attributes: Proactive "can-do" attitude, exceptional phone etiquette, and strong multitasking abilities.

5. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND (Gross)/month.
  • Incentives: High KPI Bonus scheme rewarding both service quality and dealership growth.
  • Allowances: Phone allowance, Travel allowance
  • Learning & Training: full training program, directly hosted by C-levels or external partners.
