We are looking to grow our team by adding a talented Customer Service/Scheduling Coordinator to our operations office.

Job Summary:

Yankee Pest Control is seeking a dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Administrators to support daily operations and administrative functions. This role is essential to ensuring efficient communication, accurate reporting, and smooth scheduling and customer service processes. The ideal candidate is skilled in Excel, comfortable handling multiple data streams, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Customer Communication:

  • Send out reminder emails to customers with upcoming scheduled work.
  • Monitor daily service progress with field team.
  • Call customers with schedule dates and log responses.
  • Schedule appointments for sales reps and assist new customers with service options.
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and emails.
  • Conduct follow-up related to customer support, agreement forms, and service feedback.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

  • Maximize efficiencies in daily technician schedules.
  • Accounts receivable and collections on outstanding balances.
  • Process and audit new customer paperwork.
  • Assist customers by offering solutions to retain and acquire business.
  • Resolve customer service and billing concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain entries in our CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative, accounts receivable or collections, phone sales or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data entry and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
