About the Role:
Do you have a background in customer service or sales? Are you a natural communicator who loves helping people and excellent in Sales? We want you! No dental experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the training you need to thrive in a dental environment. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to create a positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
- Explain Treatment plans to patients and help them with different Fincancing options that the office offers.
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.
- Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Work closely with a supportive team to ensure every patient leaves smiling.
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
- Experienced in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Eager to learn new skills and grow in a new industry.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
