Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant Jobs in Hayward at SF Tube Inc.
We are looking for a competent Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers to process orders.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
· Order Entry: Analyze Validation Report, address any revision changes, price discrepancies, obsolete parts, new parts, orders received with little or no lead-time, etc.
· Manual entry of Customer Orders (keyboard accuracy is a must)
· Manage Customer Portals
· Contact Customers on any orders received within our standard lead-time. Negotiate new due dates, if possible. Work with Master Schedule and Plant Manager on any short lead-time orders.
· Problem solving skills.
· Extremely strong communication skills
· Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications (Preferred):
· Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, or in another relevant administrative role.
Skills:
· Effective written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
