Roca Tires Shop is hiring a customer service representative for our front desk. We’re a busy tire shop, so this role is mainly about keeping things moving—helping customers, answering phones, and making sure appointments and paperwork are handled properly.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phone calls and schedule tire services, installations, and repairs
  • Check customers in when they arrive and get them set up for service
  • Take payments for tires and services using our point-of-sale system
  • Keep customer records and service orders updated in the system
  • Help keep track of tire inventory and place orders when needed
  • Answer customer questions about pricing, options, and timing
  • Handle any customer issues or concerns in a professional way
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
  • Help out with general front office tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with customer service, retail, or office experience (helpful but not required)
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our system
  • Comfortable talking with customers on the phone and in person
  • Reliable and shows up on time consistently
  • Able to stay organized when it gets busy
  • Good attention to detail with payments and records
  • Easygoing, practical attitude
