Foco Auto Repair in the Jacksonville area is hiring a customer service representative for our front desk. We’re looking for someone who can help keep the shop running smoothly by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and staying on top of the day-to-day office work.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for maintenance and repair services
- Welcome customers when they arrive and gather the information needed for their service visit
- Create and update repair orders, customer records, and service notes in our system
- Process payments and explain invoices when repairs are complete
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and estimated completion times
- Work closely with technicians to make sure jobs stay organized and on schedule
- Answer questions about our services and help resolve customer concerns
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service, retail, or office experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Friendly, professional communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Able to stay organized and manage several tasks throughout the day
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Attention to detail when handling customer information and paperwork
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
