Responsibilities
- answer multi-line phone systems with friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling incoming inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy access
- Support administrative tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area while supporting other clerical responsibilities like faxing, photocopying, and filing
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in customer service environments
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations essential for success in this role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base effectively
