Maki Insurance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Job requirements include: excellent communication skills, computer skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service to customers
– Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
– Assist customers with making payments
– Effectively manage paperwork and record customer transactions
– Ensure customer confidentiality
– General office tasks (making phone calls, filing paperwork, assisting with mail, etc.)
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
