We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication across all channels. Schedule is Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
This is an in person role. There are no remote options.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer applications to update records, files, and databases.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering product or service information.
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support clerical tasks including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Utilize office management tools like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping as needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in office administration or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a professional setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, clerical procedures, or medical/dental receptionist duties is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles that involve calendar management, proofreading, or bookkeeping will be considered an asset.
