Kumabe HR is partnering with multiple local organizations to find Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical work according to standard procedures
- Answer and transfer phone calls, greet customers, update reception logs, process faxes and unassigned e-mails.
- Input customer information accurately and assist customers as needed.
Skills/Experience Desired:
- High school diploma or GED
- Competency in email, Excel, Word, Calendars, etc.
- Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs/activities at a time
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
- Ability to produce well organized, documented job files
- Ability to maintain professional conduct, organization, and communication skills
