We are seeking an energetic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Greet customers at the front desk and assist with inquiries in person, via multi-line phone systems, or through email correspondence.
- Handle customer payments and invoice fulfillment.
- Manage customer pick up scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform inventory management and tracking.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Other work may include proofreading inventory descriptions and providing condition reports to customers.
- Must be able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 40lbs. repeatly throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry.
- Bonus if you have basic bookkeeping experience including with software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette providing customer support and dispute resolution.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
