Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls to designers and administrative staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage front counter operations in the handling of customer matters and walk-in inquiries.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Quickbooks and a trade specific job tracking program. We will train the chosen person
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, proofing documents, and organizing files.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Requirements
- Enter job data, track orders, prepare invoices, enter shipping information to move out packages. Process payments
- Be friendly, helpful, and confident in your dealings with guest and customers.
- Knowing how to type is a must.
- Having an understanding of basic design concepts regarding signage is something we will educate you on but you must grasp the logic of measurements, color combinations, and design.
- Must clearly see colors .
- Be organized and efficient as there are many jobs underway at any one time.
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
