Job description
We are looking for an outgoing, Customer Service Representative to join our team. We specialize in shipping and printing services. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys helping customers, has extreme attention to detail and is a quick learner.
Responsibilities
- Providing packing, shipping and mail services directly to customers.
- Sorting Mail and Packages
- Learn procedures and policies of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Use the point of sales system to quote prices and process transactions.
- Copy, scan, fax and laminate for customers
- Handle multiple projects at the same time.
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Extreme Attention to Detail Required
- Experience in Pack & Ship Store, (UPS Store, FedEx Office, etc.) Preferred
- Computer Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with little direction
- High School diploma
- Able to Pass a Background Check
- Notary Preferred
Job Type: Part-time
